The coming version of Matchmint (Winter 2025) includes high-value accounts payable features including:

In addition to single business AP management, Matchmint also supports multi-tenant use cases - perfect for bookkeepers, accountants, or finance teams managing multiple business entities.


Matchmint is a great add-on to QuickBooks Online and integrates directly using a digital secure connection. You'll be able to keep vendors, invoices and payment status in sync in real time - no manual exports or duplicate entry.


Security is core to Matchmint's architecture. Role-based controls ensures only those allowed have access. Encrypted data storage and detailed audit trails give administrative visibility to every action. Matchmint is designed with compliance and data integrity in mind.


We're working on advanced features including invoice lifecycle tracking, urgency flags, enhanced discrepancy detection, and deeper AI-based analytics. In addition, businesses using accounting and ERP platforms such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite will be able to use Matchmint.
